a. Information You Provide

Any information you enter (notes, reports, follow-ups, etc.)
b. Location Data (Very Important)
The App collects precise location data from your device in two ways:
Foreground location: When the App is open and you are actively using it (e.g., during check-in or visit logging).
Background location: Even when the App is closed or running in the background (limited to work hours or when a visit/meeting is scheduled).
Why we collect this:
We use your real-time location only to:
• Verify that you are physically present at the correct client/business location during scheduled visits, meetings, or check-ins
• Record accurate visit timestamps and geo-tagged attendance
• Prevent misuse and ensure field activity compliance
We do NOT use your location to show nearby businesses, ads, or for marketing purposes.
You will be asked to grant location permission (including “Allow all the time” for background access) when you first log in. You can change this anytime in your device settings, but disabling background location may prevent proper visit verification and affect your work records.
2. How We Use Your Information
To confirm you are at the correct client location during visits
To automatically log check-in/check-out with geo-fencing
To generate accurate visit reports and attendance records
To help your manager/supervisor monitor field activities
To improve app performance and security
To communicate work-related updates and notifications
3. Who Sees Your Data
Your location and visit data are visible only to authorized personnel (your manager, franchise owner, admin team) for work monitoring and payroll/attendance purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or location data with any third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes
We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics) who are bound by strict confidentiality
4. Data Security
We use strong encryption and secure servers to protect your location and personal data. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
5. Data Retention
Visit and location records are retained as long as required for operational, audit, and legal purposes (usually up to 3 years). You can request deletion of personal account data after you leave the company.
